Policies
Our policies are really very simple ones.

Once a package has left our hands we can no longer vouch for the contents. So to protect the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you would like to place an unusually high volume order of an item then it is greatly suggested that you order just one or one set and see for sure if it is what you want and need.

If you have breakage in your order, please IMMEDIATELY contact the shipping carrier . You MUST save your ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS in order to file a claim. Proof of breakage must be made to the CARRIER, not to us, so it is imperative all Original Packing Materials are saved!

We cannot replace breakage due to shipper at our expense. All items leave us in excellent condition and responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. Any refused shipments will be billed shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee will be incurred.

We ship either USPS or UPS. Our choice unless specified by the customer.
If the customer has a shipping preference a note to Delightfully Wed making this request needs to be included in the check out process in the Special Requests box

On occassion we offer free shipping. In the case of Free Shipping, the manner in which the package or packages are shipped will be our choice. If the customer wishes a different method of shipping from the carrier we choose then the customer becomes responsible for any amount over what would be paid by us with our choice of carrier.

An example of this would be if an order qualifies for free shipping and Delightfully Wed decides to ship by UPS and the customer requests the package to be shipped USPS, and USPS costs more to ship then Delightfully Wed will still be happy to ship per the customers request if the customer wants to pay the difference in shipping.

UPS orders have automatic shipping Insurance applied. USPS insurance can be purchased for a package at the buyers request. Please put this request in the Special Requests box in check out as well.

Refunds are not given for any reason!!
Refunds are given only if the customer recieves items other than what was ordered.
The Customer will recieve a copy of their order.
If there are any mistakes on the order then the customer should contact Delightfully Wed
prior to shippment of the order.
If, by viewing the order in question, it is determined that the correct items were shipped as per the order itself, no refund will be given and any items returned to Delightfully Wed will, in like, be returned to said customer.

Exchanges are given for damaged items if they are returned to Delightfully Wed. Items WILL NOT be shipped out in exchanges prior to Delightfully Wed recieving the returned damaged item.

We don't like having to implement these changes in our polices, but are forced to due to items and or packages never being returned.
